Kendall Childcare Center
Welcome to TCC Kendall —The Kendall Childcare Center
The Kendall Childcare Center has served two generations of MIT families. Its care and education programs emphasize language development, multicultural experiences, and collaborative relationships between teachers and families. In the heart of MIT’s East Campus, the center includes an infant room located in Building 68, toddler and preschool classrooms located in Building E37, and a well-equipped playground and outdoor classroom.
Meet the director—Doreen Anzalone
“I entered the field of early education because I believe that children should be supported in all areas of development through exposure to high quality and enriched learning experiences. I also believe that children learn best through hands on activities that foster their sense of inquiry and are built around their interests. This belief has inspired me to teach at every age level, to teach educators at the college level, and to serve as a director of TCC Kendall. I hope to inspire as they reach their goals which will complete the cycle towards creating high quality education for children.”
